Collaboration That Creates Results

Community health improves when organizations unite around a shared vision—and the data shows that collaboration matters.

Over time, Marion County has seen:
  • Health by Design worked with Local leaders, residents, and partners to turn community insight into safer streets through the Community Champion program.
  • Coalition partners, Indy Hunger Network, the Marion County Public Health Department, and the YMCA expanded Cooking Matters, helping more participants build the skills to prepare healthy meals at home.
  • Nicotine Free Communities and Community Health Network, connected by the coalition, expand  tools and knowledge to prevent tobacco use before it starts in local schools.

Healthier Together supports coordinated advocacy, shared learning, and collective action that move ideas into practice.
